Shipping Method: We ship all orders from Australia.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. Please note that shipping fees are not inclusive of the product price and will be added to your total order amount.

Shipping Times: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. Estimated shipping times vary based on the destination:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days
  • Other English-speaking countries: 7-14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or peak shipping seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within Australia and to select English-speaking countries. If you are located outside of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
